Scope of Services
HMC provides custom dental laboratory services, including but not limited to the fabrication of dental prosthetics, restorations, appliances, and related laboratory services based on a valid dental prescription.
All products are custom-made according to the information, impressions, scans, and instructions provided by the prescribing dental professional.
Professional Responsibility
The prescribing dentist or dental professional is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of prescriptions, impressions, scans, and bite registrations
- Clinical decisions related to diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery
- Ensuring patient suitability for the prescribed appliance
HMC does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.
Orders and Production
- Production begins upon receipt of a complete and approved prescription and required materials
- Once production has started, orders are considered non-cancelable, except as outlined in our Refund, Warranty & Remake Policy
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on case complexity, materials, or required revisions
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on the selected product, materials, and services
- Invoices are issued according to agreed billing terms
- Payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms provided
Failure to remit payment may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or account restrictions.
Refunds, Remakes, and Adjustments
All refunds, remakes, credits, and adjustments are governed by our Refund, Warranty & Remake Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Due to the custom nature of dental laboratory services:
- Products are generally non-refundable
- Eligible concerns may qualify for a remake, adjustment, or account credit at HMC’s discretion
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
- Delivery methods may include courier or shipping services
- Risk of loss transfers to the dental office upon delivery
- HMC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers

You agree not to:
